Spacious room, comfortable bed, great view, large bathroom. Being able to use the pool and spa.

Not many dishes or cooking items. There is an oven and stove which have stickers displaying “Display Only” and were not functional. There was a microwave but no bowls to use for cooking. Dishwashing liquid was 2 sachets which had to be used sparingly as there were only two of everything- glasses, plates, cups and cutlery- so had to regularly wash up. The gates to Elisia closed at 8pm so if you went out for dinner you had to be back or go a back way, which was never explained to us. It’s a shame that they didn’t publish the activity schedule online or have a weekly schedule so you could plan what to attend, even though $40 per session was quite expensive.

Responsive staff

The location is perfect and villa was lovely.

The cost to have a round of golf is too much considering you can go and play elsewhere for far cheaper.

Grounds and common areas were immaculate and villa was very lovely.

We were told we had been upgraded to a two bedroom villa but we weren’t allowed to access the second bedroom.
