Location

The room didn't have a phone. The staff wasn't helpful. They didn't fully explain i instructions. I waa on hold for over an hour and still was giving misinformation.

The location.

The room was spacious, however not very clean especially the bathroom. You do not get adequate toiletries, no shower gel only soap like we are not in 2026. Upon checking out, we were not even asked how I stay was. Honestly, for $400/night I expected way better. Dont think Ill be booking again.

"$400 per night got me a Motel 6 stay"

Parking was ok

Dance music until 3AM outside my window. Elevators, carpets, lighting were all in disrepair. The whole casino and hotel look 10 years past a needed rehab. Staff were not friendly and the girl working the desk at checkout was asleep and snoring. I had to clap my hands to wake her up. Having to pay $10 parking when we left was the final straw.

"It was ok but we won’t be staying again."

It was on the boardwalk

Couldn’t check us in until 5:30pm. Only allowed 4 towels for 2 days for 2 people. The hotel room for just “being cleaned” was disgusting. Don’t allow luggage to be taken by staff for check out. Only check in. Also, couldn’t check out on the kiosk and there was a long line so I threw the room keys on the desk 🤷🏽‍♀️
