There isn't a microwave in the room. I tried calling the front desk, Housekeeping no answer. They didn't clean the room, make the bed or give fresh towels

The moment we left was the best part.

Everything honestly. First we arrived to valet and they told us we had to pay for parking and it was a block down the road. So we carried our luggage and kids and once inside, we seen the pool was 21 and older only, we have 2 little kids and it wasnt on booking when booked. The shower was gross with brown stuff all over, the floors were obviously not vacuumed, the fridge wouldnt cool enough so the babys milk went bad, the window cill had some oil on it, the table was rusted, the beds were tiny and so hard, homeless lined the boardwalk that was pretty much run down stores along it and the staff is a whole other story. They spoke to my husband like he was stupid and their response was "we dont know what to tell you" however when I went down to the front desk because the phone wouldn't connect us (waited over 35 minutes on hold) they told us we would be refunded if we checked out the next morning. They said booking would handle everything. Not only was our vacation cut short by 3 days, we never got refunded. In fact, they wouldn't answer calls for hours for days then finally someone answered. She seemed nice until I asked to speak to a manager in which she paused for a good 10 seconds and then hung up on me. It has been absolute h*ll and highly recommend not booking thru booking especially for ballys. Worst ever.

The rooms were very outdated and the carpet needs to desperately be replaced. There was tape holding the rips together.

Our bathroom kept us up all night. Kept on making loud gargle noises. It overflowed a couple times.
