"Noise Noise Noise"

The hotel is near the beach

My reservation was for a Non-smoking Bally’s Tower Junior Suite City View. I paid an additional fee for arriving before check in time. As I began to get comfortable, someone was in the connecting room slamming the front door. This was Not customers, it was Housekeeping. This proceeded into the evening but, if you need extra linens or towels they don’t answer. My guest and I were woken up by what we thought was a THUNDERSTORM. It was housekeeping at it again with slamming the doors. At 2:28 then began to VACUUM. When I opened the door we had debris in front of our door! I came to my favorite casino from my overnight work schedule in NYC for rest and relaxation my guest as well. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had staying at Bally’s

"My day was nice with a couple mishaps on the room and the checkout lady who was rude"

The property is good

That my phone didn’t work in the room and when I checked out the lady was very rude and did not give a receipt for my stay and the fire alarm was faulty and went off and woke up me and my children. Other than that this day was fine and the people that worked there were nice. Besides the lady they checked me out she was very rude and then I know how to talk to children.

Staff was pleasant and restaurant and bar was good service all around

Rooms feel like a old 80s motel .. room was small for the price I paid and my view was of a brick wall out the window Room wasn’t as clean or neat as I would’ve loved
