I didn't like anything about this hotel

I didn't like how flirty it was. The communication with the staff is not good at all. I went to my room #306, and the 2 keys that were made for my room didn't work. I called the front desk from my cellphone, and I spoke with the lady about my keys not working she told me that she was going to come upstairs to my room to unblock whatever that was going on with my door lock and give me a new set of keys she had sent a man that was like 3 or 4 doors down from my room to let me in. The front desk lady never came upstairs to unblock the door lock and bring me another set of keys. This all happened on the 4th of July. I couldn't leave my room to celebrate the 4th of July and go get dinner

It was really bad the bathroom didn’t have paper, dirty No one there to complain about it

The first room they gave me had no sheets and the TV didn’t work. The second room had nothing but roaches in it I really would like a refund.

Rude office staff. Lack of on site maintenance. After a power outage that lasted over an hour being restored there was cable, internet and Wi-Fi disruption. Every channel stated that it was scrambled. After 12 hours of disrupted services I check out a day early. They are refusing a refund of the time I was not there, which was an entire day. Entire property littered with garbage.

They have not given my deposit back yet from April 2025 other than that it's good and quiet.

Very dirty and very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Roaches everywhere in the room, from the kitchen to bathroom, bedroom , roaches everywhere, other than that you get what you pay for, so for a room to just sleep it's ok
