NO SECURITY. Horrible Stay. BAD Hotel Management. ZERO consideration for customers. Drunk and disorderly guests as well as screaming and yelling children from a sport conference were allowed to take over the hotel including the lobby. We asked once, twice and three times to help make the environment enjoyable for everyone. Sports groups screamed down hallways and kids under 13 ran without parent supervision from the pool to the lobby throughout the halls and THE MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING. Men were playing a nerf dart game shooting darts over us. NOTHING was done. The lobby for breakfast WAS FILTHY and one hotel attendant just gave up. The carpet and floors were filled with cereal and trash and the attendant barely could keep the tables clean for everyone. She gave up and never came back. We had to clean our own tables. Trash bins filled beyond capacity. NOBODY was there. We were a group coming from the Twin Cities to see a Christmas show at the Paramount that a family member was in. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD this group would disrupt us all. Our group of five rooms wanted to meet in the hotel to play cards and hand after a 7 hour drive. BUT the hotel allowed guests to drink to excess FOR MORE THAN three hours before we gave up and had to go back to our rooms. I asked the front desk if a meeting room would be open that we could use. THEY SAID NO. I said I'm a long long-time Honors member and two of the other rooms are top level Honors members and and I see a room just 25 steps from the front that is open, has tables and chairs. The front desk man (red hair and beard) didn't even ask a manager. He just said no. I asked for him to ask a manager and he said I'm sorry no. He was the one who said he would address the people. He didn't do it. We walked to the front desk again and he said he was too busy at front desk. THEN, he put a sign out at the front desk and moved to the back offe. Sign said attending to guests be back. No bell, no phone. We tried calling the hotel phone and no answer. We want our money back. Not only lobby over-run with youth sports and yelling kids, but hallways and breakfast area trashed. We could not use the pool as the screaming of kids under 10 was too loud. Kids in the hot tub past 9 pm. Sure, hotels are open to all. BUT it is the hotel's management group responsible for making a stay comfortable for ALL. Not allow one group to dominate and disrupt a peaceful stay. A hotel lobby is not a playground. It is not a bar. It is not a place for people to drink to disorderly and yell, swear and feel the own the place. We were 10 women middle age and behaved as we should have. We asked hotel to help. THEY DID NOTHING! Check the call sheets that night as we spoke to other people who also agreed that the hotel was beyond loud and disruptive to all. We want a refund. We want the hotel to issue an apology. I want the front desk attendant (red hair and read beard) that he should not work in hospitality. He could have cared less for the comfort of our stay and that is one of the most important elements to working in hospitality.

The front desk gentleman Ricco was amazing and very helpful. I asked a crazy request if he had ziplock bags to bring some stuff home and he was hesitant they would have any buy checked anyway and he found some. He is a great employee and you should be proud to have him representing your hotel. There was a female employee as well that was able to get me some plates and cutlery after my take out company screwed my order up. Was so glad I stayed at your hotel.great breakfast as well

The pool area was well kept. Clean, fully stocked with towels. The hotel itself, clean, nice atmosphere.

There was no one servicing or checking the bathrooms in the pool area. As there was no toilet paper, no paper towels. Guests were using tissue paper. The one gentlemen at the counter was very rude and confrontational when we asked for an additional blanket and pillow. The staff at check in did not inform us about the pool hours, the amenities available to us nor the breakfast. If we hadn't come down too early to access the pool, we wouldn't have known about the breakfast.
