Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino

The staff at front desk was very friendly but 1st room assigned wasn’t cleaned from previous guests. The 2nd room A/C doesn’t work. We got in late at 1 am so just dealt with no cool air and slept with it hot without using the covers. Rooms are very dated and could use an update. The shower leaked and the fixture is nasty from water dropping on it constantly for what looks to be a long time. I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours so for less than $75 I got what I paid for. The staff though was very friendly and courteous and recognized me as a veteran right away and discounted my room from the online price. Overall not terrible just wouldn’t bring my family here to stay unless I didn’t have any other options.

The jaccuzi didn’t work and the Pool was extremely for an 11 year old , i choosed vegas over rosarito i regreted

It was 101 degress outside and our ac didnt work. RR had hair in shower and floor when we got there (wasn't ours). It was quiet though and bed and pillows were fluffy. Only hotel left in that area so better than nothing I guess.

The room was really nice and the service was amazing But the roller coaster didn't work and The pool is close

I wished they have more restaurants/shops, more things for the kids, like an indoor playground/ daycare.

Property average, didn't have the proper amount of towels for room, missing light over closet, no ice bucket in room, or cups, the ice machine floor 12 not working. Over all room was clean

The rooms are disgusting & outdated roaches crawling on the floor.
