Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino

Rooms had everything we needed minus a mini fridge for perishables. Staff was mostly friendly. Website does not line up with what’s actually open at the casino/hotel. Only place to eat was dennys and the wait for food was insane! Pool is only open 12-8pm which we couldn’t find out till we got there so the kids were able to swim. Provably wouldn’t go back till this place turned itself around

Okay for the price, but a tad bit run down

Paid extra for early arrival and t.v. did not work, the air conditioner was tempermental, sheets were not fitted. They rose and my feet were on the mattress. I am bald. There was hair in the shower, yogurt trash and soda bottle under the bed!! Dennys was the only resturant open on arrival at 1 p.m. the other option was a buffet that had been there since very early in the morning. I called to complain, And as of today, five days after check out, no response. My resort fee was paid through hotels.com. they charged me again on property for more.!! TERRIBLE!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

There was a resort fee applied at check in which I did not see on the Expedia website. The ice maker didn’t we work. I was charged for an extra person but only two towels were provided. I asked for additional towels at the desk but they were never sent. The shower was cold?? The place is run down. The pool was closed at 9pm and there was nothing resort related that we could enjoy. Dennys was the only restaurant open and one dish was so burned it was inedible. Never staying there again.

Great place for the price

Room was dirty beds were not done and very noisy air conditioner. Bathroom toilet was also making a weird noise

It was fast Check in and good customer service

I enjoyed my smoking room at Buffalo Bills! We had fun at the concert just down the hall in the casino, a meal from Denny’s and walking around
