Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino

I stopped thinking it was a great pit stop from Colorado on the way to Los Angeles instead of stopping in Las Vegas. Only to come and find out half of the amenities are not available I get charged a resort fee for honestly just a pool, a Coffee shop and Denny’s. I get to the room it had stains and dirt on the wall. The comforter had stains under the sheets. Room had no phone, no alarm o’clock or the hair dryer didn’t work. Just completely disappointed that it looks so fun and full of life as you drive by just to find a run down casino hotel

The clerk at the desk was rude - to me and others waiting to check in. I was going to just walk in and get a room and found out it was $25 more than going through Hotels.com. So, I called my spouse and she booked my room. 15 minutes later I was in my discounted room.

this Hotel needs a makeover. AC was so loud called 3 times, and no one fixed it. bathroom door did not lock/close I stayed in a non smoking room anthe 2 days I satyed there. I let front office now the 1st day and nothing happend other guest infront of my room were smoking in the hall ways

Really enjoyed the feel and theme. Not sure if it was just our room but the A/C was very loud and not consistent. Kept us awake. Beds were comfy, room and bathroom were clean.

check in line was long, no valet, no carts for luggage, hotel was very hot, outlets in the room did not work, lamp did not work, hair dryer kept turning off, shower was old and stained, house keeping left no towels I called the front desk and lady said she had no one to bring up towels so I had to walk to to pick up my own towels. Hotel overall needs a complete make over

Friendly staff, but the room could have been cleaner. The bedside tables were sticky. The mattress was uncomfortable, the sheets were rough, the AC unit was really loud, and the towels were thin and scratchy. For being over $100 per night, we expected better.

We were looking for a place to spend the night outside of Las Vegas so that we could get an early start the next day. This place fit the bill but boy is it rundown and almost empty when we were there. The room and its facilities are ok and mostly clean but much of the building is in need of a lot of repairs and a general sprucing up. We did decide

Made a reservation on Expida for a king size non-smoking room…they gave a room with two queen beds instead, because hardly anyone was there (about 10 people) and they wanted us grouped on one floor in the same spot. Why reserved a king size bed on Expida if the hotel’s not going to honor it? Then the power in the entire hotel went out for about an hour thirty minutes after checking in. Not very fun… The place is a ghost town…i can see why…I’m surprised it’s not gone out of business…

Quick one night stopover. Negative: Old property, outdated room, one lamp in room didnt work, no USB plug ins in room, shower head leaked. Picture of room when booking looked nothing like what I was given. Positive: Room was quiet and hotel staff were very pleasant, free parking.
