It was fine until we rebooked on line and had to check out of our room, and was expected to wait until after 3:00, again, to get back into a room which made absolutely no damn sense whatsoever. We had to pay the resort fee and the deposit all over again just to get into a room right away. I will never stay here again.

a few FD agents that I had interacted with were rude the only one i had a pleasant interaction with was at the time of check in...the beds were uncomfortable the AC didn't really get cold enough & there weren't many options for food
