Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino

The concierge told us that they’re going to be closing next week for remodeling which isn’t a surprise because it’s been around since before I was born. The card tables are electric with a dealer but no chips and you don’t touch cards. It was the weirdest thing to get used to. The hotel is old and dingy but the people were all very friendly.

it was an overall good experience. the taco meat is the best I have ever had from the taco shop.

We had to switch rooms due to it feeling old ,unclean and possibly blood on the carpet. They then switched us to a slighty better room with a very loud A/C.

Our a/c was not working and had to be moved twice since the 2 nd room was dirty and not ready for a stay.

It was fine for a night. I was looking forward to the pool, but of course it was closed in the middle of the summer. They said due to weather but that’s crazy because it was beautiful out. My night stand was missing a leg with was funny, but they have a cool texting feature to talk to the front desk and I was able to report it pretty easily to ensure no extra fees were charged. It was a comfy stay for a night, but there isn’t much more to talk about.

When we got to our room my son flip on the lught switch and it shocked him the light was not working , the hallways were very hot and dry , also upon letting the front desk aware of the room lighting and what had happen to my son the reaponse was oh ok will switch your room...bad service

Terrible. Few of the amenities were working. The pool was closed. We left and did not stay the night. Wanted a refund because we did not stay. Expedia only granted half of the refund after assuring me they would grant a refund which was disappointing as well. Not happy with Expedia and Buffalo Bills. Expedia should advocate for their platinum members and Buffalo Bills should issue a refund for so Done who did not stay at the property.

This hotel was as bad as I expected from other reviews but we slept for 4 hours and left early. The only place in town.

This place is so rundown now, no places to really eat, dirty and nothing to do.

Moved to 3 different rooms in an hour and a half; final room was very dirty- ring of fecal matter in toilet, food crusted on to nightstand. Poor communication with staff, including being lied to in the process of switching rooms. Finally got settled a bit after midnight- with a 3 year old. Room 1- no remote which led to discovery of a Broken tv... an hour and a half later. Room 2 they delivered keys to us around 11:45- we move and arrive and the keys don't work. We all head down to the lobby and are surprised it didn't work. New room #3- we are finally given room type we booked and it's still filthy but functional. We are exhausted and our kiddo needed sleep... so we are stuck in a filthy room as the best option. Get what ya pay for I guess?
