Dirty and run down. It smelled weird. Toilet wouldn’t flush.

When we checked in the lady behind the counter was rude. We got into our room and it’s run down which is fine but we asked for a fridge and they said it could take a couple of hours. Then it never came. I was traveling from Colorado and just needed a place to stay for the night. I needed more towels at one point tried calling several times and nobody answered. I had to walk to the front desk and she again was very rude. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

stay was good we enjoyed everything except the aweful service at dennys with in the casino but the hotel its self was great

HORRIBLE! This will be the last time we will be staying, rooms are out dated and dirty, our room didn’t get cleaned so I went down and asked if room service can clean our room, they said no because they left for the day so someone was supposed to bring up clean linen and towels, and it never came, more than half of the people staying were family members and just took over the pool and what dining was opened. It’s sad that this area is closing when it can be a gold mine if the right management team would just care a little bit. Sad, Sad, Sad!

It was convenient to stay on our road trip.

There was pubic hair on our beds in the 1st room. Our 2nd room had multiple false eyelashes on the bathroom floor and shower. Linens have holes

The hotel, casino is old but still the bed is clean and comfy

We arrived about 8pm, the hotel lobby and casino were a ghost town but the parking lot was packed, hardly any space available. After checking in and going to our room we found a room with 2 queen beds and 2 pillows for 4 people? I called the front desk and asked for 4 additional pillows, I was told they could bring 2 additional pillows no more. We waiting 1hr, called again for pillows, were told they were coming. Waiting another hour, called again and was told to stop calling, more pillows were being sent to our room. I explained I had called 2 hours earlier to make the request and I was hung up on. We ended up using towels from the bathroom for pillows! Our AC unit in our room was so motor sounded like a 70s era truck running, and it didn’t cool the room down, we were all dying of heat! We will never stay here again!

Check in was slow, they only had 2 people working the front desk. Rooms are spacious but definitely dated

The room was dirty and not well kept. Half of the amenities were not functioning and the choices for eating were limited
