Unpaid for a room and I didn't have one when I arrived. The person there said his coworker called people to let them know it was cancelled. I didn't receive a call text or nothing. I get there at 1:40 am just to find out that the room I paid for was given away without my consent. I just want my money back and I want you to know you left a pregnant woman in the street without a place to sleep with a kid room. Shame on you.

We booked with Booking.com. Got to the hotel after a long international flight, and the hotel was sold out. Would not honour our reservation. Very dissatisfied with Booking.com. Booked alternative accommodation on alternative website.
