"Rude , not accommodating to customers, wouldn’t take credit card for deposit, never go back"

They wouldn’t give me the room even though it was paid for, cause they wouldn’t take a credit card for deposit. Very rude service. Need refund !!! Never go back there!!!!

"Good Place to Stay"

Great place to stay with family. It was quiet, safe and friendly staff. Room is very cleaned. Plenty of parking space. We stayed in their Jacuzzi room. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Good WiFi connection. I will come back for sure again.

Upon my arrival, i attempted to chrck in. The attendant was adamant that there was no reservation under my name. Long story short, I requested to speak to manager who was 2 hours away.. so I waited just find out that there was a reservation under my name all along. After checking in. I was given a non smoking room with cigarettes burns and strong smoke odor. Hope I dont get chathe for that. Houston is about mid 90 in the summer and the room mini fridge didnt work. I couldn't keep a cold bottle of wayer to crunch the heat. Very disappointed 😞

"Staff is crazy"

The room was clean and pleasant Beds were comfy

A lady from staff tried to kick us out of the room before 11am check out. And threatened to call the police on us. She used her key to try and enter our room without permission. She claimed we were not registered for the room and someone else was. Even after showing her proof that it was our room, she still kept insisting we leave immediately before she called the police. The other person who claimed it was his room realized he made a mistake. Turned out the other guest was at the wrong hotel. We never got an apology for the error or the inconvenience. All she had to do was just check the register to see the guy was not registered for our room.
