Primm Valley Resort & Casino

At check in, 1 out of three check in host were very friendly. The other two were either sleeping or very ornery( i asked about ice machine, she said in a very irritated mood. You will fine one that works on one of the floors). The hallways and the floors in the bedroom looked like they have not been cleaned in a very long time. The diner staff were running around like they were just trying to figure it out while they were going. We had no luggage cart to use. There was a dog show in the hotel and it looked like they were permitted to take the dogs any where to use the bathroom room. Alot of them were around the pool. We will not be back.

It is what it is. Very dirty dated and a very un hospitable staff. The casino doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years. The attendance do not seem to care about any of the customers needs. This is a relic of any remaining casinos or hotels in Prim Valley. I would avoid at all costs. If you need to have an off strip casino, I would just continue onto Southpoint, which has everything better in multiple ways..

Staff was friendly and room was very nice. There's nothing around so everyhing in Primm is overpriced. Biggest issue was bait and switch on the price. Room rate was $68. Ended up being charged $144 total after fees/taxes etc. Total bait and switch.

Good location, mediocre renovation, even with a reservation was given a room that was occupied, second room was substandard, missing linen, bathroom not very well cleaned tv did not work, no food or restaurant open when we arrived at 11PM. It was so bad we checked outat 4 AM thefollowing day. We were charged the full room and resort fees. There was no manafgement to speak to either that night (feb15) or at chek out Feb 16. Wrote servaral letter sent to their e mail site, phoned several times not response. Very poor service and guest service.

I spent Sat. 01/17/26 at the Primm Valley Casino/Resort and had a wonderful time. For starters, I got to enjoy both NFL games at The Saloon, a great choice for any sporting event including free UFC viewing ( $7 Burger and Beer special and comfortable seating! ). Afterwards I saw George Clinton and Parliament/Funkadelic at the Star of the Desert Arena ( a 6500 seat facility with good acoustics and sight lines ). It was a joy to see one of the pioneers of soul, funk and R & B still bringing it with such passion after all these years. All in all a day I'll long remember -- I highly recommend stopping by the Primm Valley Casino/Resort to see what they have to offer.

I would like to give a sincere review for PRIMM VALLEY CASINO RESORTS employee "AMANDA MOCK" (marketing manager). From the beginning to the end while standing right outside the doors from a music venue... Appearing to have just clocked out ready to go home had chosen to come to my aid in a time of need.100% impressed with Amanda's attentiveness while intaking my situation. Keeping an open and clear communication.(Live band in the background). Very impressed by her Responsiveness, after explaining my situation (hotel room) Amanda pulled out her laptop post-haste! Asked me one or two questions which I provided answers for. Within 2.2 seconds....quickly and efficiently solved and handled my request. Problem-Solving being one of many talents that Amanda seems to possess. Including her capability in resolving issues or unexpected problems calmly and effectively. Ensuring your satisfaction. Working with customers juggling many personalities back to back with a smile.Five Stars***** giving my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided by "AMANDA MOCK" during my recent visit to the fabulous (PRIMM VALLEY CASINO RESORTS). Going above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable. Resolved my request within minutes. Allowing me to continue enjoying my trip without stress.Showing such a great commitment to her job should be highly commended. "AMANDA YOU ARE DEFINITELY AN ASSET FOR YOUR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT". My only regret is that I did not have a reprint made of my players club card showing the several hours of gaming that my friend and I were partaking in after the concert. That's okay because I will be attending the PARLIAMENT FUNKADELIC CONCERT coming up January 17th. Thanks again.

My husband and I were driving home from Southern California after taking a cruise. Due to some delays, we hit rush hour traffic in California and also encountered significant delays due to several accidents on the freeways. By the time we reached Primm, NV we were tired and ready to sleep for the night. The initial plan was to drive to Vegas, but this hotel seemed to be adequate so we stopped here. The atmosphere is your typical casino atmosphere, but it did not appear that many guests were gambling. My husband checked us in and reported that the staff were very nice although maybe a bit bored. We were given a room on the 4th floor. I followed my husband to the room after parking the car, and retrieving the items he did not carry with him. There is plenty of parking and it looks like they have valet parking available though it was closed when we arrived (we arrived after 11:00pm). There was a gentleman sitting on the ground outside the elevator on the 4th floor which gave me pause, but he did not seem to pay any attention to me. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor was unusual in that it was western themed with wallpaper that resembled a map. The lighting was a bit scarce in some areas of the room, but we were just looking to sleep for the night. The bathroom amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and lotion. They also had a hair dryer. The only odd thing was prior guest had used a Kleenex to plug the peephole in the door and this was not removed prior to us checking in. We slept well and decided to eat breakfast in the coffee shop before checking out. This is where things were a bit unusual. We were greeted by the coffee shop staff and told we could order food to go, but there was no sit down service. After inquiring further, we were told we could sit in a specific area of the coffee shop to eat, but the food would be served in carry out containers. I ordered an omelette and my husband had a bologna sandwich. Both meals came with french fries (unusual for breakfast), but they were good fries. The omelette and sandwich were also good, and the portions were pretty large. I also had an English muffin which was larger than your usual English muffin and was very good as well. The food was fresh and hot...but just in carry out containers with plastic utensils. My guess is due to business being slow (this was a Tuesday right before Christmas) they were trying to keep overhead and labor costs down without closing the restaurant entirely. We used express checkout and were on the road again fairly quickly. I believe the room was around $100 for the night which seems expensive for the area, but not outrageous. Despite being in a casino and the rooms being right off the casino floor, it was quiet. While there doesn't appear to be much in the area that is operational anymore, it is not a bad place to stop and rest during travel. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

I came here for the Fallout Fan Celebration, in which I got a room here and shuttles were driving from here to Goodsprings and Sandy Valley. My room was a good retreat, the only thing being that the shower faucet would drip all day. I would like if the lamps had an outlet so that I could charge my phones closer to bed, but I made do. I had a great time walking between the casinos, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I would come here again!

I booked a room at Primm Valley Casino Hotel for two nights on November 14 and November 15. The hotel was pretty scarce and not many people there. Even though they were having a fallout fan celebration the same weekend. I counted each night how many people were the casino floor and there was no more than 20 people in the casino. There aren’t many food options in the casino/hotel. There’s only one diner that closes at 10 PM . There’s a side option after 10pm but very, very limited menu. Not many other restaurants nearby the casino besides fast food places and they all close early. The only one open 24 hours is McDonald’s. The staff at the hotel wasn’t very friendly, helpful , and no one seemed to be able to answer basic questions and didn’t care. I had breakfast in the diner on Saturday. Our waitress said that usually this place is deserted. She also said that it’s only busy because of the fallout fan celebration weekend. But even with that convention going on there still wasn’t a lot of people in the casino and no energy at all. Atmosphere at the casino was very depressing. Seems like this casino is on its last legs and should just shut down. The rooms were subpar and not a good value. My original room was missing several lights in the bathroom and in the main sleeping areas and after waiting four hours for someone to come to put lights in they finally just gave me a different room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in my life and will never return there and not recommend the hotel to anyone. We ended up driving each day/night to Fremont Street and gambled at the Fremont casino and had a fantastic time. Next trip to Nevada/Vegas, I will definitely book a hotel near Fremont Street.

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Tried 3 ice machines & none worked. Dirty carpets. Halls are not air-conditioned & the rooms are very far from registration.
