"Disappointed"

There was a pile of wet towels in the hallway across from our room when we checked in. They were still there in the morning and now stinky. When we moved the chair for a more comfortable position it was filthy under it and obviously hadn't been swept under for awhile. The pool area wasn't clean or inviting. We didn't use it. Things were outdated. There was no USB ports in the room. When we arrived we discovered the window was open. There was no trash can in the bathroom or around the vanity area. There were no Kleenex in the room.

My room was filthy the mirrors were dirty there was feces still in the toilet and the jacuzzi tub had hair and dirt in it and the bedding had stains and the foors were dirty as well

Staff was friendly and present. Breakfast was provided. Overall quiet stay. Indoor pool and hot tub was a bonus

Not enough towels provided. 4 checked in two towels provided. Shower curtain was to short and lets water on floor. Vending machine out of order on and off.

"Clean and comfortable, though old."

Clean room even though older. Mini fridge was a decent size. Wooden floors were easier to see it was nice and clean.

Half the plug ins did not work. Had to buy an extension cord so my daughter could have her heating pad and charger. Microwave was one of the spin knob for timing so it was hard to use.

The location

Staff was very rude, the site gives false information as to there is only one pool and it closes very early (I believe it was 10 pm) I frequent motels often and I can honestly say this was one of the worst all the way around.
