The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The pool and spa was nice.

They charge daily per pet, other places charge a deposit. There breakfast ends at 9am everyday. The breakfast didnt have a wide selection.

Staff was friendly and very kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The spa tub in our room had hair left from a previous guest ( this has happened at wvhotel i ever got a spa tub in so was kind of expected)

Allowed us to check in with reservations for 5 adults, but room only had 2 beds, family rooms advertised apparently aren't actually available.

The staff was great we enjoyed the whole stay, that we even got the room another night. We definitely be back.

We stayed in room 109....Jacuzzi tub was filthy as was our room. Room and furniture were rundown and rough. Food was left in the refrigerator from previous guest. The closet doors were literally off their hinges and just wedged into the closet opening. All the furniture was trashed with giant chunks out of everything, including the bathroom toilet seat.The whole building smelled like Marijuana. The front lobby where you check in looks very nice, with a place you can hangout in front of the fireplace, but apparently they spent all their money on that instead of maintaining the rest of the building.
