"Totally disgusting"

I reserved two rooms for $160/night. It was a totally disgusting. Upon entering, the staircase carpet was dirty. Walking through the hallway, the floorboards were dirty and the walls sorely in need of painting. The rooms were equally worn. The wood furniture chipped and old. There were no manuals in the room. Nor were there pamphlets from local restaurants that delivered. No premium TV channels. While offering free breakfast, the service only lasted until 9AM.
