Everything is good

Slow tub drain, loose toilet seat, twitchy bathroom light. Minor things that would probably not exist in a different room, but had no urge to ask for a switch. Good Mexican restaurant in hotel.

Easy to get to

The room was so humid and carpet is gross. The chair was to the point it needed to be thrown out. Cobwebs in corners.

Absolutely wonderful! I found the courtesy call after checking was refreshing considering customer service hasn't been up to parley in most areas. I can honestly say that the change in this motel has been a positive one and I hope to see it stay for awhile.I also would like to express how happy I am with the customers service from the employees here all of them are excellent! Sarah helped me to tonight. Should have chill vibe and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks for all your help!

Our windows were shaking and loud music was blaring from a wedding party till midnight. Manager would not reimburse.

The property itself was clean, but our room had old moldy food in the refrigerator and the staff that night seemed indifferent to it. The Mexican restaurant on site was fantastic and its staff were amazing and a lot of fun. Good breakfast. Just wished they would have acted a bit more caring about our discovery and could have actually guaranteed us our room had been cleaned. Everything else in the room seemed ok, and it was comfortable but had an odor after we opened the fridge.

I didn’t have a room even though I made a registration online!
