Room was clean, breakfast was good. Treadmill and recumbent bike didn’t work in the fitness room. Otherwise it was a good stay

It was a great place but when they had big events going on there was no place to sit and talk to people. Also you had to go outside to get to the front desk because they closed the passage way in the hotel.. The Mexican restaurant had awesome food and drinks.

Was a not so good stay queen bed is a double and very uncomfortable. Hotel had events each day and kept us out of most of the hotel for all of our stay. Also left a day early due to uncomfortableness

Location. Bed was fairly comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly

We stayed three nights, Friday to Monday. I’m originally from NE and now live out of state, if you’re not used to the humidity, you won’t appreciate the bathroom has no fan after a shower. We had to ask the front desk for linens because NO ONE SERVICED OUR ROOM THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE… so there was also, no trash removal, bathroom cleaning or vacuuming done. The maid service saw us leave our room before noon each day and we thought our room would be next; we hadn’t placed the do not disturb outside our door… Other facility events can make parking impossible and noise level loud with people from the events lingering outside guest entrances. Positives: the front desk was cheerful and helpful in assisting us with an overnight package we were expecting. Bed wasn’t as hard and uncomfortable as a lot of other places we’ve stayed.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Kid friendly pool. Actual thermostat to control temperature and isn't one of the loud on the wall units! Will be staying again.

Overall it was good. Didn't get our room right away cause of short staff of housekeepers so had to wait till a room was ready. The room we got was really nice and clean. The bed, bathroom were really nice. The breakfast was really good, would like improvement on the coffee, needs to be a little more strong. Staff was very nice and courteous.
