Quality Inn & Suites Columbus

Nice breakfast and conference area. Most of the room was very nice.

The bathroom door in our room had a hinge that was loose. The juice machine at breakfast wasn’t working. The pool area was not updated, but the kids had fun in the pool and the water was warm.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Love the layout of hotel facilities. Liked room options

Kathy was very helpful checking in and the convention area was really nice for the New Years Eve show we attended. I would definitely come again, it was the perfect stay!

The pool was disgusting and needs major improvment! Can't even fix the basketball hoop in the pool and the water slides weren't even working.

The restaurant Maria's was absolutely amazing and the staff so friendly. Also all the front desk staff is amazing and so friendly

The pool, unusable had algae by the slides, only the area meant for little little kids was available for use

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and perfect for the purpose of our stay

There were bugs all over the ceiling. We will never stay there again. The picture of the room did not match what room we were placed in. The front desk lady had her belly out when we checked in and the WiFi didn’t work and when calling down to the office they simply said they didn’t know. There were bugs outside of the room down the hall and all over the ac unit. The shower head leaked and the overall experience was terrible and unacceptable.
