Took forever to get checked in and wasn't told anything about the pool not being open. My kids were disappointed!

Had such a terrible experience. Kathy at the front desk told me to swim in my tub when I seemed disappointed the pool was closed without any notice online. There was no tub… so that was just her being extremely snotty and rude. Will NOT be returning because of that interaction.

We were in town for a softball tournament over the weekend. The Quality Inn was able to provide enough rooms for the team at a reasonable rate. The staff was helpful and the stay was comfortable.

The room was fine. The light above our sink didn't work. The breakfast food was bland. The lady that checked us in was nice, just a little slow.

Did not like the fact that I rented the room because we wanted to go swimming but the pool was closed. Would have gone elsewhere if it was posted on the site.
