It was a good stay not to take away from the hotel but the road work in front made it difficult to get in and out of the parking lot

Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy.

The fridge didn't work. The chair was broken.

Hotel had parts of it that were remodeled and pleasant but the large pool was closed and only kiddie pool was available. Our room smelled really bad, musty pig smell. Black water came out of the faucet. Also the tub had sand and grit in it but we had not been in any dirt so it had to have been from the water. We had two rooms for a two-night stay and the rooms did not get cleaned, no new towels and the garbage was not removed. When I asked for clean towels they said they had a full hotel and didn't have any more towels. They indicated they were washing them and would I like put on the list but I never received any clean towels. The room only had two sets to start with so had to use wet towels on the second day. Staff was friendly but I never saw cleaning staff in our wing. The only reason I didn't ask to have a different room is that we were located by each other and I wanted the convenience. I usually don't put reviews up but the shape of the room and the dirty water was concerning. The bed was comfortable. The area to eat breakfast was pleasant, the food was low average. OK but no the best I have had.

Really disappointing experience. We stayed here for a soccer tournament. We were told the pool was open and breakfast was served until 11am. The pool was not open, only the kiddie pool was. Breakfast ended at 9am due to the ‘large groups staying at the hotel’. In addition, the hotel is very noisy, I could hear people in other rooms cough while in our room. Would not recommend and will never stay here again.

The room was big, but had an odd odor. Very loud - could hear everything out in the hall (everyone walking by and talking.)

Pool was closed for construction. Should have been noted before I booked

They did not make the bed anytime! Upsets me when you pay for a room! I have never had that happen before!!

The pool was closed for our 2-3 time staying there. Not prompt on response back on complaint.

Clean room and a good breakfast.

Not there fault, construction on adjoining street/highway.
