The Tower Hotel Fallsview

The biggest disappointment of this hotel was the bathroom. It was extremely small and poorly designed. Even washing your face comfortably was difficult, and there was absolutely no space for two people to use the sink area at the same time. The oddly shaped shower felt cramped, and you constantly bumped into the walls. Overall, the hotel lacked amenities and character. There was no proper lobby, no decent restaurant, and no bar. It felt more like a basic place to sleep than a full-service hotel. Unfortunately, the bathroom and the lack of facilities made the stay much less enjoyable.

Definitely the view. Just fantastic, direct view to the falls. Nice coffee machine. Loved my morning coffee watching the falls.

Well, we think there were bed bugs on the bed as my wife had a few bites in the morning after our first night. Also, not much space where to put your clothes. One of the drawers had all the space used up by the safe.

Pricey restaurant

A proximité des chutes et endroits touristiques. Arrêt bus Wego tout proche. Accès gratuit à l'observatoire. Chambre calme.

Achtung: Soll das Housekeeping das Zimmer machen, muss man Bescheid sagen. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß, aber die Aussicht was es wert.

The view. It’s all about the view with this hotel. Absolutely stunning. The room was comfy too for a two night stay.

Considering we were in a premium room it would have been nice if our beds were made, a change of towels provided and our coffee pods topped up. The staff we dealt with were nice, but the hotel felt a little like we were left to our own devices. Also $200 for two nights valet parking is outrageous.
