Our room was amazing and big, worth the price. Our window was towards the garden and pool so the views were amazing every time of the day. Location was really nice but you definitely need a car to get around. The hotel was really nice wherever you walked. Really peacefull. The WiFi worked even in our room even they just promised it to work in the common area. Drinks at the bar were decently priced for a hotel. Breakfast was good for italian standards.

Staff was sometimes hard to find and from the clothing you don't realise who is a guest and who is working. The ironing station needs to be fixed. Also having just one common washing machine for all the guests is definitely not enough. The restaurant we tried once for dinner but the price and quality didn't match in our opinion.

El entorno natural es muy bonito, el personal fue amable y tuvieron un detalle con nosotros por nuestra luna de miel el cual agradecemos mucho, el desayuno estuvo bien, en general el Palacete me pareció súper bonito aunque algo descuidado

Que se veía un poco descuidado, un poco de pintura en la fachada y en las habitaciones no vendría mal y la zona de piscina se veía algo sucia

Bonjour, cet établissement est féerique. L'endroit est magnifique, il est chargé d'histoire et c'est vraiment très beau. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients et ils sont tous d'une très grande gentillesse et de vrais professionnels. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ainsi que le dîner, tout est fait maison. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et si vous voulez vous faire plaisir, allez-y les yeux fermés, c'est vraiment un pur bonheur. Grazie mille.
