If you want to step back in time with a relaxing atmosphere, this place is for you , as long as you don't expect a five-star experience, the views are a 10 , the building is rustic with its old charm . The rooms are large with beautiful views from the windows , the beds could do with an upgrade but it's better not to be too fussy as the Tuscan hills and the views make up for the sleeping conditions. We really loved the service from the staff , especially Silvia working in the morning , Thank you, Silvia .we highly recommend staying in Patina Hotel , for the best time in Italy 🇮🇹. Thank you to all the staff , you were amazing and made us feel at home . Grazie mille ❤️

Palazzo storico, molto affascinante. Reception aperta h24. Camera spaziosa, bagno enorme. Colazione buona.

Nella camera dove eravamo noi non prendeva né la rete cellulare né il wifi dell'hotel. Poca scelta salata a colazione, caffè non del bar.

Posizione della struttura eccezionale in mezzo al verde e senza nessun rumore esterno, piscina grande e pulita, colazione abbondante, personale gentile, camere pulite e parcheggio sempre disponibile all'interno della struttura.

wifi camere 2° piano inesistente, letto matrimoniale con due materassi singoli e conseguente fastidioso avvallamento centrale, tv formato francobollo distante dal letto, programmazione canali tv completamente casuale (nonostante tv sat mancavano tutti i canali Mediaset) confezioni shampoo/doccia in formato micro e non ripristinate il giorno successivo post pulizia camera. A questi difetti strutturali si è aggiunta la mancanza totale di acqua dalle venti all'una di notte. Questo è stato sicuramente un evento eccezionale (e i manutentori hanno fatto miracoli per ripristinare il guasto prima possibile) ma al 16 di Agosto ha il suo peso....

The location is stunning and the building is beautiful.

Rooms are quite tired and while to pool looks stunning from a distance up close the area is untidy and most of the loungers have rips etc. Hotel room had one window that came to our knees… Staff could do with a lesson in friendliness. Breakfast had a good variety but often it had run out or it had wasps in/on it
