The customer service. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The bed bugs in 202 No one has reached out to me. I called to speak with management and no one answered the phone for hours. Then I was told I'd have to speak with the manager and haven't been able to do that. 😔😐😡

I loved the location!

I asked to speak to the manager multiple times about the strong odor in my non smoking room and was never given a chance to speak with him. I was told different times he would arrive. The odor was so bad we had to sleep with the window open and the air on. They had an ozone machine in our room when we arrived. I was told they didn’t have another room available to move us to!
