The pictures on booking.com are deceiving.

They're addressing the issue professionally. Working on main level for water leak in hallway and some rooms. The wet carpet was being dried with a blower that blocked a great portion of the hallway.

Low sitting toilets. There a challenge for seniors

The staff was so very accommodating to our group of students! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff so very much!

The facilities are in need of maintenance, the food was minnumal and the eggs were cold. No potatoes, just eggs and turkey sausage that lacked flavor. They ran out of waffle mix and did not provide a refill. When we asked about muffins we were advised that there were only so many per day even though there was still an hour to go in the breakfast time. Coffee and Tea were blocked off after breakfast time.

I didn't get the right room. They nit picked about every little thing never said nothing about no balloons or visitors my daughter was just diagnosed with leukemia and all she wanted was a couple girls to sing happy birthday and swim them leave. Well I ended up leaving the day before I was suppose to check out. I would really like to be free imbued forgot that day at least thank you

Counter staff was very nice and accommodating Hotel was clean and elegant looking in the lobby

Tv didn't work but counter staff changed my room and was a upgrade. Little inconvenience but worked out well.

Staff was amazing

staff and size of room the fact that 11 am u close pool and your staff tells me that u do it all time on weekends and your website hrs are not true also supposed to 2 night stay only one still have not recevied my refund that was promised

dont keep your word

Although stated as a smoke free facility, the smell of smoke and other (pot) was very strong in the hallway. Slamming of door in next room as people were constantly in and our was very disturbing.

The breakfast was good.

Had to change rooms due to the t.v. Not working, second room tub was dirty, I realized the shower drain was clogged and water backed up . Jacuzzi jets need to be cleaned a clog of hair came out the jets🤮hotel is very dated chipped furniture, stained furniture cushions, dirty curtains
