When I arrived to my room, it was absolutely freezing. I cranked the heat, but it took forever. Finally I ended up going to the lobby for an hour to warm up. I went back to my room, but it was still cold. I then decided to take a hot shower. Not a good first impression.

The staff at Phoenix Inn were great! It was also very nice to be greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival! And the continental breakfast was great!

Breakfast was excellent - a lot of variety - both hot and cold. Staff was incredibly friendly and patient (I was traveling with a pet and parent with memory issues.)

The additional pet fee. I assumed it was included in the price - as I didn't see any additional charges listed when booking.
