"It was excellent"

The staff, the room, ease of checking in, all around comfort, and the cleanliness were all exceptional. It is a terrific value given these qualities! We certainly appreciated the helpfulness of the staff especially at the front desk.

Frankly, there isn't anything we didn't like.

"Great overnight stop on the I-5."

Convenient location just off the I-5 with a Denny's restaurant across the street. Friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast.

No support bars in the tub/shower.

"A little high priced for the food"

Everything was easy and awesome

The breakfast was terrible. Muffins were stale, eggs were ok but make your own breakfast burritos with taco shells is crazy. Do a waffle maker instead

"Great Stay"

We love our stays at the Phoenix Inn! The staff is incredible especially to the grandkids ( giving them warm cookies) The pool is super clean and we love the breakfast. Always great varieties and clean
