"Hidden gem with convinet location ."

Great services and clean rooms with great price. Centrally located for all major attraction. Shopping and multi cuisines restaurants are few steps away. Stayed many times. Staff is vey cooperative and helpful for local attractions and events.

"2nd chance I try OYo, never again."

Asked for a late checkout. Was told yes initially, then no unless I paid extra. Lots of hair in the corners of the restroom. Diverter in bathtub stuck on shower mode. Holes in comforter and blanket, as well as curtains. Carpet soo dirty that our feet turned black after our shower.

Great customer service. Great location. Tidy room.

Facility lacks a few niceties, but provided adequate shelter overall. Would be nice to have: 1. Sheer curtain under room darkening curtain. 2. Electrical outlet near the table. 3. Transition at stairs landing smoothed out. Specifically for Room 210: 1. Door catches on weatherstrip. 2. Door to bathroom rather stuck.
