Close to the highway.

Our room was dirty when we checked in. We had to leave and come back so they could clean it. The facility has a strong odor of weed.

Here is the positive before the negative. I give 3 out of 5 stars due to: 1. The staff was friendly 2. Was a quick check-in 3. The water was hot 4. The bed & pillows were comfort 5. TV, fridge, microwave worked 6. Ice maker worked. Negative was the towels had stains on them,we had to ask for clean ones. The shower curtain had stains on them as well. The toilet seat was not secure. Needed fixing. The grounds need cleaning, the doors have pealing paint as well the rest of the building and stairs need paint. The cost per room was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. If your staying a night in San Antonio and on a budget, this place would be fine for you. Next time for me I will pay more for more cleanliness elsewhere.

The room had a wood smell. The sheets had burned holes and were dirty. Mattress was filty, and the towels were white but looked very dirty.

I liked that it was comfortable and clean. The owner is always kind, it is affordable, and conveniently located! I have stayed here several times, now.

Can’t name a thing I didn’t t like

Ok. The manager seemed understated, quiet, easy going. When he ran my card tho, he listed hotel as Country Hearth or some such and my card auto declined having nothing to do with me. Used my debit card. Area appeared safe off 410. Room was so so. Holes in bedspread, holes in curtain. Cracks in granite sink. My drink froze in fridge overnite.teied to thaw in microwave, but then it was too watery. Tub had what appeared to be cigarette burns on edge. But major problem was that the towels and washcloths were dingy and not fluffy. Past Time to replace these!!

Service is good room you're clean can't complain

Everything was fine

The clerk was kind enough to refund 1/2 of my prepaid 2-night fee. I did not stay any nights but was happy to leave with only half my money. Felt like I might not survive the night. In his defense, the clerk was nice enough. Tried to move me to a second room but it was almost as bad. The folks skulking around the parking lot were enough to convince me to go.

Roach droppings. Fake eyelashes on the bed. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Mold. Rank smell of stale smoke, cheap perfume, and curry. Homeless guy under the stairs. Noise. Mold. Dirty room. Unswept floor. Feeling of not being safe AT ALL. This is NOT a place for business travelers or families.
