Crowne Plaza - Belfast by IHG

Crowne Plaza hotels are always worth staying in and the Belfast one was up to the usual expected standard. Staff at the check in were pleasant as was any of the other staff in the hotel. We would certainly stay there again. Unfortunately the same cant be said for the leisure area next to the hotel. We went for a swim at about 1530 on the 17th June and the female receptionist there should be reallocated a position where she is not in contact with the public. She behaved as if we should have pre booked a session, shoved a tablet in front of us and bluntly said fill that in. There was zero personality which was also observed with other arrivals and gave the impression that this was a great job but for those people turning up at the desk.

We’ve had a number of stays here and the latest did not disappoint. We had our usual room which had been pleasantly refreshed since our last visit. Spotlessly clean, quiet, air conditioned with a very comfortable bed. The Club lounge is excellent. There is plenty of safe parking. The hotel is very well located for touring outside Belfast yet a short taxi ride from the city. We should highlight Niamh on reception and Anjani in the bar who gave excellent service. Strongly recommended for visitors to Belfast.

Location is great for my needs. Rooms are spotless and well equipped. Sophie on reception was very helpful

Nice clean hotel. Great value for money. A very nice breakfast. Food was amazing. Very spacious and very well layed out. Bar was good craic singers was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Belfast. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and all the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, making it a great choice for those travelling with children. There is plenty of parking available, which is a big bonus, and the pool was excellent and well maintained. The food was amazing, with great quality and plenty of choice. A special mention to Ryan on the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return

Booked crown plaza for our girls first communion we had the most wonderful, time hotel was beautiful,the staff went above and beyond for us making sure everything was perfect from the meals we had and the stay over we had ,our meals were in the Malone suite which was very pretty we also had use of the pool that the kids really loved and a kids playroom to keep them entertained looking forward to our next stay 😁
