"A calm and quiet stay…."

Recently we had a lovely stay at Crowne Plaza . The room was nice and clean. Room services were excellent. Had fairly good breakfast as well. The staffs appeared accommodating and pleasant. I would like to mention the name Deborah at the health and beauty spa in Crowne Plaza. She was excellent in her job, very professional and friendly at the same time. I had a great and relaxing session of facial spa with her. I would highly recommend her service.

I like the swimming pool it was very clean. The hairdryer and straightener was a good idea.hotel is also very clean and staff are amazing. So hellful

Still has that friendly, homely air about it despite it being a large corporate hotel. I visit around 3 times a year to meet old work friends in Belfast. Great check in by Jovan, friendly and efficient Room spotlessly clean as ever. Sad to see the KitKats have gone but that’s cutbacks for you 🤣 Nice to be able to to fill a bottle with iced water but as you can’t stand it up in the fridge maybe a cap would be useful? Really don’t like going back to water with no lid. Just a thought Lovely to see Rio still there, nice to be welcomed by name into the restaurant. He remains a credit to the hotel and was happy for me to take and post a picture lol. Sadly, I can’t upload the pics for some reason 🧐 Had my usual Butter Chicken, beautiful meal again I shall be back in a few months, many thanks to the great team, sorry only two mentions but I didn’t get anyone else’s names but you make this hotel what it is, relaxed, friendly and nothing too much trouble ⭐️❤️
