"What unbelievable behavior and disgusting situation to put a person through"

Macon County Farm Bureau was traveling and we had reservations for twelve rooms and arrived after many text messages and confirmations. Even trying to speak on the phone the day of Friday April 25 the manager would not answer or respond. We arrived at hotel and waited in the bus two hours while our tour director tried to resolve the problem there was no success. The one assistant verified the text, yet the manager denied the text. We then left with the bus and checked into Cobin Kentucky. It was a terrible experience and how disrespectful to our travel director, not admitting the truth even when she had proof on her text and the assistant had proof. The manager was so wrong!! Your company owes her and Macon County Farm Bureau !!

The property was centrally located to so many restaurants and gas as well as close to Buccees! The room was so clean and very large. Bed was comfortable and the staff was so kind ! Very pet friendly located next to a neighborhood to take your pup on a nice walk after traveling !

Our room was immaculate! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a great night of sleep, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay but I am not a huge breakfast fan anyway.
