Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Richmond by IHG

Convenient location - the hotel is right off the freeway and down the street from EKU. It’s what I expected from Holiday Inn Express - clean, quiet, nice size rooms and plenty of parking. Also, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. I enjoyed the Starbucks across the street.

Very clean. Awesome bright bathroom mirror. Dove products for showering, adjustable pressure shower head. Comfortable bed and pillows. The value for the price was excellent.

3 towels when you have 4 people really isn't except able. It was explained to me that they are only required to have 3 towels per room. My reservation was for 4. The pool was way too cold! That was a bummer

The property was in a great location. The interstate was nearby as well as many walkable restaurants. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with many choices. We would definitely stay there again.

Getting a little used but still clean and comfortable. Had to ask for coffee pot they’re not in rooms.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was well maintained and clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff in charge of the breakfast did a great job making sure things were kept fresh and rotated and the coffee made from fresh ground beans for each cup was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We didn't care for the sound on the TV. Very hard to understand, but we weren't watching TV that much anyway.

Highly recommend this hotel. Had a minor TV issue that was quickly resolved. Indoor pool, adequate fitness room and an included breakfast with plenty of options. Comfortable bed and great shower. Only complaint is lack of info on service information on breakfast times, pool times in room. Staff friendly and professional.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms had hair in the bathroom and the bathroom sink leaked. The walls are thin and so you could hear everything. We called down to the front office because people were screaming & slamming doors until 3 in the morning. We came for one night to rest on our road trip home and will never stay again.
