The up-to-date timetable is in the showcase located at the Hotel Shuttle Stop (A9-13) outside of Schiphol Plaza. If the room size allows, children under 12 years old can stay free of charge. The bed was comfortable.

Well, itโ€™s unacceptable for an airport hotel to have fully booked shuttles. We arrived as scheduled at 11 PM to learn that all shuttles for the hours that worked for us have already been booked. Also, the night reception staff was the slowest and most blasรฉ.

"Excellent"

Good location close to the air port. Had an outdoor parking but its not free.Gym / Jacuzzi / pool area. Good breakfast.

First time i stayed in a hotel room at the ground level. Windows have been towards the breakfast / lunch / dinner area and we could not even open our curtains.

"Niet voor mij"

Ligging van het hotel en de grote kamer

Bij aankomst stonden er 3 medewerkers achter de receptie, maar eentje daarvan die gasten helpt. Het bed leek niet verschoond, deken en lakens plakten aan ons lichaam. Daarnaast is er geen toiletborstel op de wc wat ik echt niet begrijp. Op de dag van de aankomst kon ik koffie bij het automaat beneden halen, de dag erna stond die er niet meer en werd ik door de receptiemedewerker naar de Mcdonalds verwezen. Tot slot was ik iets vergeten op de hotelkamer anderhalve uur na het uitchecken meldde ik dit, maar ik moest per se โ€œmailenโ€ en afwachten op mail terug. Mocht niet even terugkomen.
