An airport shuttle service is available upon request, free of charge. The up-to-date timetable is in the showcase located at the Hotel Shuttle Stop (A9-13) outside of Schiphol Plaza. 受付にて英語が慣れていなく聞き取れない部分があり、早口と感じたが丁寧に説明してくれて対応がよかった。

スキポール空港へのシャトルバスの支払いを現金で行い、キャンセルした時に返金がなかったため聞き返したら対応してくれた。通常はクレジット対応だからかもしれないが。
