"Emplacement idéal, confort moindre pour un client Booking"

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre de Madrid. L'accueil et le hall de réception sont remarquables. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien.

Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes ayant réservé 5 chambres différentes, soit par Booking soit en direct. Bien qu'ayant payé le même prix les prestations des chambres étaient radicalement différentes. Notre fenêtre ne pouvait ouvrir et donnait sur un mur. Toute la semaine nous avons utilisé la lumière pour voir clair. La dimension de la chambre était différente d'un client à l'autre. Certains avaient des douches neuves d'autres, comme moi, une baignoire glissante. Visiblement le client Booking était moins gâté qu'un client direct.

Cortinas rajadas han 511. Deterioro y descuido manifiesto

Jefe Conserjería no tiene competencias para atender reclamos. (Queja oficial). El servicio de internet es inexistente o cuasi inexistente. Imposible trabajar desde este Hotel
