Great location, the room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very accomodating. There is a nice interior courtyard and an outdoor dining on the plaza.

This hotel is excellent. Great location. Plaza Mayor is about a 10 minute walk. The northern end of Gran Via is only a few minutes walk. Hotel has a good restaurant with a great breakfast. Staff are very friendly and really happy to help. There is an indoor courtyard area to sit and have a drink and outside the front door is Plaza San Martin, which has an outdoor cafe.

Nothing. I would stay again.
