That I didn’t get the room I paid for ,and had to settle for another room because my room didn’t even have a tv to watch. Nothing was done for my inconvenience. Staff needs to be checking room regularly before renting them out. There’s more than enough of them.

The bed was comfortable but the rooms were not as clean as I would like. There were some bugs in the room.

The lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all, there wasn’t any towels in our room upon arrival and lastly the room was not worth the money.

Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Rude staff. Microwave didn’t work. Had to get key rekeyed EVERY day. Did I mention the cockroaches climbing on the pillows?! We even bought cockroach gel and treated the room ourselves. This place is disgusting. We wanted a refund but were told it would take 7-10 days to get the funds back, so we had no choice.

The hotel offers a satisfactory experience, comparable to other budget-friendly accommodations. While not impeccably clean, it is not overtly unkempt. I encountered no significant issues during my stay, and the pricing was reasonable, particularly for same-day bookings. Its downtown Saint Pete location provides convenient access to various local attractions. The staff consistently maintains the exterior premises throughout the day, ensuring cleanliness and waste management.

The place needs maintenance and a good exterminator. People from the residents approached me several times to give them money. Smell of Marijuana strong in the facility, forced me to move from my first room 275 better at the 2nd room 159.
