Stayed April 24, 2026. I had a confirmed, prepaid reservation for a 2 Double Bed, No Smoking room booked through Interval International. Check-in: Arrived after 3:00 PM — the hotel's own posted check-in time. No room was available. Returned after lunch. Still no room. Eventually, after a lengthy wait, we were told only one room remained. The room: The main window had a visible crack with a spider-web fracture pattern. The toilet would not flush — the tank had no water. The bathroom faucet fixture was loose, moving when touched. We raised all of these concerns at the front desk and asked whether the hotel could offer any compensation or a future-stay credit given the circumstances. We were told management would need to be involved and would get back to us. That follow-up never happened. For travelers booking through Interval International: be aware that the reservation carries no apparent weight here in terms of room priority. The physical condition of the room we were assigned raises real questions about maintenance standards at this property.

The property was very clean and the room was very clean. The staff was very welcoming.

NOTHING!!!

Drugs being sold on the premises, right outside my room. There is an eight foot chain link fence around the premises, two men (not guests) were jumping over the eight foot chain link fence, an employee saw them jumping the fence and did not say or do anything about it. There were men selling drugs right outside of my room, I could smell marijuana strongly from inside my room. It was not a safe environment us, my wife and myself.

Had roaches and did not return my deposit
