"Still fills all the squares, but deteriorating "

Still an excellent location, dedicated airport transportation, great service and cleanliness, but the lack of investment in upkeep and repairs is really beginning to show. It’s been difficult to watch.

You cannot beat the transportation to/from airport and train station. We needed both at odd hours (super late and super early), and both were readily available. It was nice to have both breakfast and lunch/dinner available on site. As far as the room went, quiet but had a musty smell, like that old cigarette smell even though it was a non-smoking facility. Take-out and frozen food from previous guest left was in refrigerator and multiple hairs in the toilet/shower area did not bode well for feeling that it was really clean. Overall though, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I were in the same situation.

It’s still ok but the whole staff is new and different. The receptionist told me that my room was facing the airport instead, the whole window was blocked by an AC unit. Nothing to see!

The smell of the room was not fresh. Under my desk, there was a dirty sock. The closet’s doors had a hole on it, and they did not slide well. The couch was torn, dirty and smelly.

Comfort Suites rooms was horrible torn arm rest on sofas,stains on walls,refrigerator would freeze the food,fleas bite me until i purchased powder for the floor and vacuumed them up,sink stopper didn't work so sink stopped up on me,tv kept loosing signal,air conditioner sounded like a diesel truck,clerk jennifer was the worst she had a nasty attitude very unprofessional i had American express on the phone as i was trying to get a refund for the card being charged without my permission so i booked another reservation with citi and jennifer was loud confrontational and harassing when all i needed was a refund American express witnessed jennifers behavior i feel she had a problem with the color of my skin,after complaining all i was told is the property will be a Marriott jennifer didn't care about my needs at all period

considering how close to O'Hara we were didn't hear it much. bldg is dated. carpets needs to be scrubbed or replaced.

Great location to OHare. Breakfast was good and shuttle prompt. The overall price was super knowing I’d only be there 8 hours!
