Grey Fox Inn

Recreation path in back of the hotel which we biked and walked on daily. Very clean, spacious room which had a kitchenette that we used every day. Great location near downtown, restaurants, hiking trails etc.

Room was very nice, plenty of space, two TVs which was nice, and a microwave - every hotel should have a microwave

The bed was squishier than I usually like and there weren’t many TV channels and very few HD channels

Just had to share..... been coming here since the Golden Eagle Resort changed hands a few years ago. This place is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store right next door if you want a muffin or sandwich and fresh coffee if you don't want to bother making your own. The walk into town is about 20 minutes... the road gets backed up all the way into town later in the day so sometimes faster to walk. There is a view out the back to the walking trail that passes the resort. They have a new restaurant there on the premises but have not tried it yet.....
