"Very Nice"

Very nice hotel. Some remodeling has been done recently. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. The only thing missing is room servicel.

"A very pleasant experience"

Walking distance to Reno Ballroom which I’m going to attend an event. Room is huge. There was a welcome message with my name on it on tv screen when I entered the room. So warm ☺️. Bathroom is very clean, updated, and nice. Staff is helpful. I originally booked for 2 queen bed for me and my daughter but the receptionist is very nice to change to a King for myself only. They have rock climbing both indoors and outdoor and the outdoor one is very impressive.

"Excellent family hotel"

Fantastic, nice updated rooms, everything looked new and well Maintained. The check in staff was excellent and the onsite restaurant had very good food offerings. Very convenient to the Amtrak station which is where we came from.

"Great update to an old classic hotel"

Awesome update to the old Fitzgerald, the room was very nice and even with the Saturday night noise off Virginia Street, it was pretty quiet in the room.. staff were amazing.

Location near Truckee River Walk, Casinos and the surprising Bowling Stadium was perfect. Staff were friendly, rooms clean and spacious.
