ABSOLUTELY nothing!!! The best part was leaving.

stayed for 20 minutes. The lobby was sketchy, the area was horrible, people were smoking, drinking ect....Very unsafe for kids especially. Room was DISGUSTING!! Everything was dirty, sheets were stained. My kids were disgusted and wanted to leave. For a Ritz City like Westlake I didn't know a place like this existed.

"Felt staff did not care about the hole in our room that was removable. We used the hotel flyer and taped it over the hol"

The location was perfect

The hole in drywall 10x12 size and the lack of staff interested in helping cover or fix while we stayed felt very uncomfortable

"Cozy and inviting"
