What I liked was the hotel's location and overall convenience. The staff was generally courteous.

Besides, I did not appreciate the fact that I was charged more because I booked the room through booking.com, but I was told by front desk staff I should have booked the room through their website directly. However, cleanliness was a major concern. When I entered the room, I found hair on the bedding, which made me question whether the sheets and other linens had been properly changed between guests. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors when staying at a hotel, and guests should feel confident that all bedding and room surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. I was also disappointed by the current check-in and check-out policies. Before COVID, many hotels offered check-in around 11:00 a.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. the following day, allowing guests to enjoy a full day of their stay. Now, many hotels have a 3:00 p.m. check-in and 11:00 a.m. check-out while also charging extra fees for early check-in. I believe these policies should be reconsidered to provide better value and convenience for guests. My overall experience would have been much better if the room had been cleaner and the check-in/check-out policies had been more guest-friendly.

There were roaches. Coming from the back of the fridge, which was leaking water all over the floor.
