basic minimum facilities at affordable price.

been staying here for several years and seems to gradually be going downhill, fewer soaps etc. breakfast has really gone downhill. use to have scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, or sausage and gravy now only hot item is a somewhat cardboard waffle, pretty sad.

"It was disappointing for the price."

Staff was good

the location needs to b updated. I paid top dollar for a room that on par with the Econ-lodge up the street. I was in a room with a connecting door. I got to listen to the guy snoring in the next room.

"Dirty room!!!"

It was convenient to the highway

I did not get the room I requested. The sink was full with dirty water! We arrived after a very long tiring drive and it was late at night so instead of changing the room we just went to bed & my husband slept on the couch instead of pulling it out & making it up! The next day when we went to shower we realized they hadn’t cleaned the tub because there was a piece of used soap in there!! There also was a whole damage ripped off the wall!!! We checked out and there wasn’t a manager on duty so she told me to email a complaint, which I did. They didn’t offer any help at all!!!! We generally like Microtel motels but this one was a huge exception!!
