Lack of hot water for showers. I was told we had to let it run a while because the hot water was a long distance away and it takes some time to heat up. Probably obvious that they either had a problem or they just let temp down to save money...

"Quality rooms and AC works amazing"

Henry is awesome, much respect for him and he is always willing to help! Rooms are clean, beds are neat, and they are very considerate. They also offer a free water while you are booking your room. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They won’t let you down!

Other than having to walk down to the office to get ice or snacks, I was pleased with the service I received. The staff was very accommodating, the TV wasn't working they had it fixed within 15 minutes.

"Comfortable and clean rooms through the years"

I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Medina, Ohio, on special visit occasions from my home in Michigan, since 2017, when General Manager Henry and his family took ownership of the property. What keeps me returning is the friendly staff, clean rooms, budget-friendly cost, and convenient location to major highway access points.

"Easy stay"

Comfy and safe and clean. Kind and helpful employees, courteous and friendly. I stay here often and never have any issues. When people ask about where to stay in Medina that’s reasonably priced I send them here every time, even if price isn’t a problem!
