Red Roof Inn Cleveland - Medina

The staff were friendly and responsive. I was walking my pup around the property and they had a lovely vegetable garden.

It is clean

The pillow seem a bit worn and water pressure is low. Only 2 bath towels in the room. In Cincinnati we paid the same amount for this room as there. Cincinnati room offered 3 alcoholic drinks and hot snacks and fresh popcorn for happy hour and a hot breakfast. You get none of that here. Clean room but should charge half the price. Drive thru check in

The check in and Staff were super friendly. The place is not clean.

The room was sufficient, however the floor was filthy. It made me question the cleanliness of the place. I spilled some water on the floor and cleaned it up with a towel. The towel picked up the dirt on the floor. Grossed me out. I didn’t want to walk on that floor with bare feet. It probably hasn’t been mopped in months. Also the sink drained very slow. There must be a lot of hair down the pipes. The hair dryer was worthless. It stops working if it gets too hot. I couldn’t finish styling my hair. There aren’t any restaurants open late at night. Dominos doesn’t deliver in that area. Good luck finding something to eat after 9:00 pm.

Facilities barely passable. Breakfast was not provided despite being on the listing.

I own a property and we had an incident that ended up with me needing to put one of my residents in a hotel room. I very thoroughly explained everything to the employees of the red roof inn. When the resident arrived to check in they gave her such a hard time we had to cancel and book her a room elsewhere. And then they wouldn’t even provide us a refund. AWFUL experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though my friend and I booked two rooms about 10 minutes before arriving. The rooms, though nothing super fancy, were clean and bug free (believe me, I check). The area was quiet and it felt fairly safe.

Expedia was wrong there is no pool and the pictures are nothing what you see when there

The bathroom was dirty, smelly and had mold growing on the shower fixtures, walls and floor. We left after 2 days and continued on because of the filth, taking a loss and no refund for the last nite we had reserved.
